Are your products 100% vegan?

YES! As an avid animal lover it is extremely important that no animals are harmed and no animal by-products are used in any of our products.

 Why doesn’t my soap look like the picture?

All of our soap is handmade and hand cut. Although we try our best to duplicate a pattern and color as close to the picture as possible, it is impossible to duplicate it completely so that is why patterns and colors may vary.

 Do you do custom orders?

Can I use this on my pets since it is all natural and has a picture of a cat on it?

NO! Even though are products are all natural and plant based they do contain fragrance oils that can be irritating to your pets sensitive skin.

Do you do refunds or exchanges? 

We do offer refunds or exchanges if you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses and product must be unopened and unused.
