Refund Policy

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, the purchaser (“you”) will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

To start a return, you can contact us at pammcnaughton@troublebubblez.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
